ProRealty is the online-first real-estate brand of ConsultNcorpTrain, a Mysuru partnership firm since 2012. We serve owners, buyers and housing-society members across five districts.
From Property Services to Member Protection
ProRealty grew out of ConsultNcorpTrain, founded in Mysuru in 2012 for consulting and corporate training. Its partners brought the same discipline to real estate: structured analysis, clear documentation, patient training.
When our own family’s housing society stalled, we read every AGM booklet, matched every receipt to the society’s notices, and compared the sanction with what was allotted. Many members needed the same help. That work became our HBCS Advisory practice.
Today we also plan and manage smart construction projects, and help landowners turn ideas into bankable plans.
