How ProRealty Handles Your Information

What we collect
Your name, phone number, email, district, the service you ask about and anything you write in our forms. If you came from one of our social media posts or ads, we record which one, so we know which posts help people.
Why we use it
To reply to your request, schedule consultations, prepare quotations and invoices, and deliver the service you engage us for. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Where it is stored
In ProRealty’s own password-protected database with our web host (Hostinger), accessible only to ProRealty partners and staff who need it. Confirmed appointments are added to ProRealty’s Google Calendar, and our emails are sent through Gmail. Case documents are shared through a secure link after your first call.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted after [24] months. Client records are kept for as long as tax and legal rules require.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, by writing to prorealtymys@gmail.com. We respond within [30] days.
